I'm mooooooooooooving...

Really and truly moving out of the desert in about six months. After finals, I will be on my way out of here to the lovely, cold, rainy Northwest! It's finally here.

I'm nervous, scared and all those things that go along with making a big decision. I decided that it was time to stop dreaming, hoping and being sad and just do it. Just move. Just struggle through somewhere I want to be.

I couldn't be happier and can't wait to get on with the planning. I'm applying to school up there at the university I've been in love with since I was 19. Time for me to go live my dreams... Life is just too short to waste time being miserable because of lack of motivation to change.

This is me being melodramatic again, but while the thought may seem out of the blue, I've been dreaming about this for a very long time. Here's to making my dream come true!


**btw the pictures from Memorial Day are coming. It's ridiculously hot right now and even with the AC running the computer for long is like turning the room into an oven...**

Today, a completely random thought post. Including a completely random photo that has nothing to do with what I am saying. I just like to have pictures in my posts, I think it makes them pretty...=) The wind has finally died down and I am really looking forward to a walk tonight after my second to last ever math class! Have I mentioned that I am excited to be done with the class!?! No, well I am! The professor is one of those people who thinks he is funny, but really is not. He is also one of those people who thinks jokes make the class more fun, but has not the timing for such a thing. As a result, the class is primarily uncomfortable and full of awkward silences. Zeitgeist and the month of December…

makes I am planning to blog through the month of December, you know one of those blog everyday kind of clubs.  I like the idea of them a lot – though I’m not promising anything spectacular, because I tend to get sidetracked a lot, but I am planning to blog at least a little. I wasn’t even going to bother attempting another one of these things – the dismal failures and the guilt, the added stress from the guilt, who needs it really!?! I suppose if I actually made it all the way through I’d feel pretty awesome but it’s all good. Actually, what most excited me about this blog all the month thing was the theme – Zeitgeist – isn’t that just one of the coolest words ever? It just sounds cool.  I am thinking of adopting it as my theme for 2011 – I’m not joking, I like it that much.
